The Upper Body Round Robin (UBRR) is a comprehensive physical fitness assessment tool used by US Special Operations Forces. It consists of 9 exercises to include: 80% body weight bench presses, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, dips, a weighted rope climb, kipp-ups, a shuttle run and either a five mile run or a five mile ruck.
